ZeravaTech Inc. ("ZeravaTech", "we", "us") is a Canadian corporation based in Toronto, Ontario. We take privacy seriously — it is a design principle of our product, and it is a design principle of this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what rights you have. We handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario law.
What we collect
This website collects very little. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and the contents of your message. We do not run advertising trackers, sell data, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Why we collect it
We use contact information solely to respond to your inquiry, to discuss demos, pilots, or partnerships you have requested, and to maintain records of business correspondence. We will not add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent.
Product deployments
PSE deployments run on customer hardware. Prompts, model outputs, and telemetry from deployed systems are not transmitted to ZeravaTech or to any third party. Data handling within a specific deployment is governed by the agreement covering that deployment.
Retention
We retain business correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to serve the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law, and then delete it.
Your rights
- You may request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- You may request correction of inaccurate information.
- You may request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- You may withdraw consent to further contact at any time.

Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
