These terms govern your use of zeravatech.ca (the "Site"), operated by ZeravaTech Inc., a corporation incorporated in Canada with offices in Toronto, Ontario. By using the Site you agree to these terms.

Informational purpose

The Site describes ZeravaTech's research and products for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, a warranty of specific performance in your environment, or professional advice. Performance figures cited on the Site reflect internal benchmarks; methodology is available to qualified partners on request, and results in any specific deployment depend on configuration, hardware, and workload.

Intellectual property

The PSE theoretical framework is openly published by its author and may be cited in accordance with the terms of the platforms on which it is published. All other Site content, including the ZeravaTech name, the PSE and MatriX marks, product descriptions, and Site design, is the property of ZeravaTech Inc. or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission. Open publication of the theoretical framework does not grant any licence to ZeravaTech's commercial implementations, source code, or tooling.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, scraping at disruptive volume, or misrepresenting an affiliation with ZeravaTech.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party platforms (including Academia.edu, Zenodo, and LinkedIn). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those platforms.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZeravaTech Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Commercial engagements

Demos, pilots, licences, and partnerships are governed by separate written agreements, not by these Site terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
