Leaf
Marketing you can measure. Leaf runs the acquisition campaign for a practice, takes every enquiry the moment it arrives, decides what to do with it, and tells the owner in plain numbers which enquiries became attended appointments.
How it works
From the enquiry to the chair, with the receipts
An owner usually cannot tell which marketing brings patients through the door. Leaf closes that gap by holding the whole path in one place and reporting the only number that matters at the end of it. Leaf has protection levels 1 and 2 built in.
- The campaign. Leaf runs the ads and the lead form on the practice's own page, with consent collected where the law asks for it.
- The enquiry. Every lead arrives in Leaf within seconds. The PSE decision engine looks at each one and decides the next step; the operator is told at once.
- The outcome. An enquiry counts when the patient attended. The owner confirms it; the report shows the path from ad to chair.
- The price. Pricing follows attended patients, not clicks or impressions. The model is explained in the walkthrough, with the practice's own numbers.
Who is behind it
A decision engine, turned into a service
Leaf is built by Dhiraj Sah on the PSE decision engine designed by Andrej Ristić. The engine decides what happens with each enquiry; the service around it is what a practice sees. Leaf keeps its own privacy notice at leaf.zeravatech.ca/privacy.
