Where AI does math research honestly.
A research workbench for analytic number theory — AI that cites, computes and never claims a proof.
PSE Riemann is a desktop workbench for research around the Riemann zeta function. It reads the literature, extracts methods, reproduces their numbers, and talks the work through with you. It never claims a proof, and nothing enters your library without a source and without you.

Two versions, one principle
Both are free and open source (GPL-3.0), with a sha256 next to every file.
PSE Riemann 0.3.0 — the research workbench
Linux (.deb) and Windows (.exe)
Everything described on this page. Missions with their own agents and memory, methods admitted only when their numbers are reproduced, a library that answers in sentences, a skeptic that is always another model, and every agent watched by its own Doctor.
PSE Riemann 0.1.0 — the computing notebook
Linux (.deb) and Windows (.exe)
Where it began, and still a sound tool. Twelve experiments on the zeta function, each reproducible from its recorded script; a gate that admits a computed result only with its run and checksum, and a cited one only with a source it can resolve; a guardian that sends every request through one allowlisted, pinned path; and a quiet measure of how much you read against how much you derive. No missions, no agents, no Doctor — a notebook that refuses to be wrong.
Version 0.3.0
What it does
- Missions. Each research question is a mission with its own workspace: its papers, its steps, the frontier it has reached, and an agent that remembers only what matters from your last session.
- Methods through a door. A method from a paper is accepted only when its number is reproduced. A forged claim is refused.
- The library speaks. Ask in plain words; the answer comes from one read-only query, in sentences, with a citation for every claim and the query one click away. When the data is not there, it says so.
- A skeptic that is always another model. Every claim is attacked by a different AI before you see it.
- arXiv on watch. New papers near your missions wait for your decision, with ideas marked as ideas, never as facts.
- Adversarial mode. It attacks a method's claim with numbers and tells you whether it holds.
Both versions
What neither version ever does
- It never claims a proof of the Riemann hypothesis. The gate refuses it.
- It never writes into your library on its own. Every change waits for your decision.
- It never sends your keys anywhere except to the model you chose.
Version 0.3.0
Every agent is watched
Every AI agent in PSE Riemann is a PSE unit with a mission and a lifespan. Its θ is measured on every move, by the rules and by a second AI reader. When an agent starts to swing, drift or go silent, its Doctor notices; when a measure is needed, the decision is yours.
Both versions
Safe on any network
All traffic goes through one gate: https only, an allowlist, TLS pins learned on first contact, keys sent only to model APIs. Version 0.3.0 adds a disclosure budget for what leaves your machine, a switch that cuts online AI at once (Ctrl+K), and tells you plainly about the pins — and lets you re-scan them.
Version 0.3.0
Your models
Claude, Gemini, OpenAI, Mistral, Groq, DeepSeek, xAI, OpenRouter, Together, Fireworks, or a local GGUF model that never leaves your computer. One main AI, one skeptic, and the skeptic is always a different model.
Install
One package, one check
The interface is in English and Serbian. No telemetry. Source code on GitHub.
- 0.3.0, Linux (Ubuntu / Mint, 64-bit):
sudo apt install ./pse-riemann_0.3.0_amd64.deb, thenpse-riemann --selftest— it should end with✅ SVE PROLAZI(all pass; the self-test speaks Serbian). - 0.3.0, Windows 10/11: run
PSERiemann-Setup-0.3.0.exe. It installs for your user only, without admin rights. It is not code-signed yet, so Windows may say “Windows protected your PC”: choose More info, then Run anyway. - 0.1.0, Linux:
sudo apt install ./pse-riemann_0.1.0_amd64.deb - 0.1.0, Windows 10/11: run
PSERiemann-Setup-0.1.0.exe. It installs for your user only, without admin rights. It is not code-signed yet, so Windows may say “Windows protected your PC”: choose More info, then Run anyway.
